The product itself works well, but all types of curtain rods form step-by-step in the seam and are made to prevent them from passing through it. I searched to see if there was anywhere else I could use the existing curtain rod, but I couldn’t use it correctly.

The pairing of this device is not smooth as any devices need to be paired. It was paired in the first time, but later when it was taking forever to be paired with the zigbee gateway. The reset button does not work properly to start the process of pairing. Even when i tried to factory reset it, it failed. These are dual smart curtain robot, i.e., when paired one of them the other one paired automatically and works. When i tried to pair them to the zigbee gateway, they are unlinked to each other. One of them could be paired, but the other never respond to the pairing process.

The jaw cannot pass over the extended U-rail. There doesn’t seem to be a way to set the direction.
Cannot be used on expandable rails with rollers that do not fit the rail.

I was expecting 2 items to open my curtains, it appears i need to purchase another to create a pair, therefore doubling the price, not happening. Probably my fault, but listing is misleading. I will purchase a pair in the uk.

Functional components such as my curtain’s rings needed modifications so they wouldn’t get stuck when running in the tube. Finally, I managed to get it working.
One of them fell and broke, but I managed to repair it.
For the purpose I bought it for, it works perfectly.

Honestly, this product is NOT worth it at all. I’ve been trying it for a month on some very simple rod curtains in a small window and curtains that DON’T WEIGHT ANYTHING. The device has no problem when closing; it closes the curtains perfectly, but when it opens… it’s HORRIBLE, it practically stops halfway. When it encounters a LITTLE resistance with the curtain rings because they tighten when pushed, the machine cannot continue pulling forcefully and leaves the window with the curtain halfway up. I can’t upload a video but I’m attaching some photos. It doesn’t matter if I put the device from right to left or left to right, it doesn’t matter if the device is in front of the curtain or behind it, it always does the same thing. IT DOES NOT HAVE STRENGTH. Why am I too lazy to return it but it definitely deserves it.

I was using long curtains, but the force seemed too weak. Just when I was about to give up, I tried using a tension rope, and it worked normally. It’s not a great product design-wise, but I’m very satisfied because there are no issues in using it.

It’s not what I expected, the device doesn’t have its own WIFI, so it needs an additional device connected constantly to the power for it to have the WIFI connection. Which is annoying.
Additionally, it seems to not have much strength, so it constantly misaligns or doesn’t open completely.
Also, another thing they don’t mention is that you need to add a chain to counteract the lack of strength.
